Cameroon: Resignation of CEO of Campost

Officially recalled to France, Hervé Beril was directly replaced by another French before yesterday.
Frédéric Fenni. This is the new General Manager of the Cameroon postal services (Campost). It was installed after a special session of the Board of the parastatal, held yesterday in Yaounde. Council meeting during which the now former CEO, Hervé beryl, announced his resignation before the various directors of the Campost. Information drawn from good sources say that Hervé Beril, who arrived the head of the company in charge of the public postal service on 1 March 2010, has been recalled to France (the country), where he served previously as project director of the North Africa and Middle East within the French Society of studies and post achievements (Sofrepost) until his appointment in Cameroon. His appointment had raised many hopes among employees of the former National Post (under the ashes of which was born the Campost

in 2003), especially as it came after an interview in France between the former DG of Sofrepost, Jean Paul Forceville and the President of the Republic, Paul Biya.
Since enjoyed a presumption of competence in terms of its rich experience in the field of job in France, it was soon in Cameroon to think he had a magic recipe to exit the Cameroonian post of turbulence . It was not fully released five years after his arrival, but he has been known to pack. When he inherits the Campost in 2009, one of the most urgent problems that solve Hervé Beril is that relating to the situation of employees of the former National Post, waiting to be cleared as the social debt consecutive to the merger between their company and the Postal Savings Bank (several personalities of the Republic continued today for alleged misappropriation of funds in the latter, which would have also been the source of his situation termination of payment).

Hot potato
The other problem, and not the least, concerns the double standards in the application of the collective agreement of the banking sector among employees. A measure had been taken away employees of the former National Post this convention. Only persons recruited after the creation of the Campost in 2006, had to be taken into account by the Convention. Hervé Beril leaves Campost without being able to solve this problem, which has once again been the source of yet another release in March of this structure. The former manager has always blamed the government has never really done anything to stop it. This means that Frédéric Fenni, which was installed as the new DG of the company yesterday on a proposal of the leaders of the French post (with whom Campost a technical assistance contract which runs until May 2016) just been playing hot potato in his hands. It must however say that he is a connoisseur of the house, since there already occupied the post of head of the mail service and the postal network.

Let's explore more…..  Zittau Community Forest, Saxony East Germany  Forest governance is a concept that stirs up significant debate, especially when considering its application and impact in the Global North compared to the Global South.  On one hand, the principle of forest governance with its emphasis on sustainable management, conservation, and the equitable use of forest resources seems universally beneficial.
