Cameroon: The Airbus Defence Space Agency wants to settle in Cameroon

The European company Airbus Defence & Space recently proposed in Cameroon opportunities for the establishment of a national space agency, said Wednesday tone of the Prime Minister.
The announcement comes in the wake of stay in the country of the manufacturer's Africa Director, Ghislain of Sayette, who held talks with Prime Minister Philemon Yang.
In its offer, Defence & Space Airbus, we learn, especially proposes the development of an agency activity that can consolidate space activities, which would help all departments to appropriate imaging business and telecommunications space.
This is, among others, agricultural and cadastral statistics, tax collection, security, the fight against terrorism and the administration of the territory.
According to the Prime Ministry, the Cameroonian 'is enthusiastic "deal with Airbus Defence & Space proposals and consider seriously the operation and use of the opportunities thus presented.
The European firm, do you remember, is already present in Cameroon for three years as part of a partnership with the Ministry of Nature Protection,

Before and after the All Anglophone Lawyers’ Conference of 9th May 2015, claims and insinuations were linked to the real or imaginary interference of the Southern Cameroon National Council (SCNC) with the deliberations and outcome of the conference.
